Here is the lower mounting in situ, bolted and sprayed up. Coupled with the additional extra mounting, this makes for a very strong mounting with no play or chance of water leak/cracking. I did this on both sides of course. I may need to put a thin layer of insulation under the mounting at the bumper end if heat transferrance from the radiator becomes and issue, but I suspect it will be fine as is.
