Second Gas Ram- I previously said I might add a second gas ram. Well, as you can see, I did. Though not strictly necessary the orginal had two and I wanted it looking the same. It did mean adding some metal on the other side of the lid to mount the bracket, but what the hell, I've come this far! I'm glad that I decided to do it as the boot now opens much smoother as its supported on both sides and the force of the ram pressure is spread evenly.
